Holly Allen is a Regional Sales Manager for the Louisiana and Arkansas regions of Blackline Safety. In this role, she leads a team of sales representatives and develops strategies to expand the company’s market share and customer base in the Western United States. Before joining Blackline, Holly held several sales leadership positions at companies such as Trimble Navigation and Industrial Scientific Corporation and 20 years of combined experience in sales. She has a solid foundation of safety and compliance challenges faced by various industries, such as oil and gas, utilities, and construction. Holly holds a Marketing degree from Louisiana State University.

Ernesto has 20+ years experience leading multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in different regions of Latin America working in large projects' negotiation in public and private sectors companies in segments like Oil and Gas, Telecom, Retail, Water and Wastewater, Mining, Utilities, Hospitality and others.

He has solid experience in P&L management, strategic planning and execution in turnaround, startup and M&A projects, including restructuring teams from acquisitions in family owned as well as public companies.

Randy Gonzales is a Regional Sales Director for the Western US & Canada region of Blackline Safety. In this role, he helps drive revenue growth and market share within his area. With over 15 years of experience in various sales roles, Randy has developed a reputation for building relationships with customers and partners, delivering exceptional results, and leading high-performing teams.

Before joining Blackline, Randy worked at leading technology and industrial companies such as GE Digital and Honeywell. He’s passionate about helping customers achieve their business goals and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and support.

Chad Grady is a Business Development Director at Blackline Safety. In this role, he builds strategic plans guided by his ability to maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to close deals and exceed revenue targets. With 20 years of experience in sales roles within safety, he has a deep understanding of the sales process and is adept at developing successful outcomes.

Chad has a strong track record of identifying new business opportunities by showcasing innovative solutions to meet their needs. He has an educational background in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Permian Basin.

With four years at Blackline under his belt, Mike currently oversees a team of five client success managers (CSMs). Before joining our team, Mike spent over eight years working industrial roles in remote, hazardous locations learning firsthand why connected safety technology is so important.  

Mike, recently named to Canadian Occupational Safety's Young Achiever's list, is a people-centric leader with a data driven, plan, action, outcome-based approach. Skilled in leadership, management, sales, and finance, combined with direct field experience, Mike leads a team of dedicated sales professionals and administrators to results.

Brady Ralston is the Regional Sales Director for North America at Blackline Safety. In his role, he develops sales strategies for North American growth based on strong— trusting client relationships and partnerships. Before working at Blackline, he spent nearly two decades in various senior sales positions within the wireless communications sector. His educational background focused on Computer Graphics and Graphic Design from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis.

As an ECSM with Blackline Safety, Nova works alongside key clients to provide the highest level of support and service. In her role, she strives to ensure every client maximizes their investment in Blackline's industry leading Connected Safety Solutions. Nova is a Strategic Advisor - specializing in solution optimization, contract management, data analytics, lone worker safety, personal gas detection, expansion and growth.
