The Department of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) has announced the top 10 cited workplace safety violations for the fiscal year of 2012. The list was unveiled at the NSC Congress & Expo this year by Patrick Kapust, Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement Programs for OSHA.
