Call for Speakers
Share the story that could spark someone else's breakthrough.
November 4, 2026 | Las Vegas, NV
One conversation here could be your breakthrough.
This is a rare opportunity for candid conversations with people putting the same connected safety platform to work, openly sharing lessons, approaches, and practical steps for improving safety across complex operations.
Because a lesson from your site could save a life on someone else’s.
Hear from teams who have achieved the outcomes you’re working to unlock, from improving adoption to leveraging Blackline Live data.
How are you operationalizing connected safety? What works, and what would you do differently?
This is your chance to get an early look at our product roadmap and help shape Blackline's next innovation.
Join us at the evening awards ceremony to honor those who inspire us all — and get ideas for your own safety program.

Getting There
Blackline Exchange is a chance to sit down with other people using the same connected safety platform and have honest conversations about what's working, what isn't, and what you'd do differently — because a lesson from your site could save a life on someone else's.
It's happening Wednesday, November 4, 2026, in Las Vegas, and it's reserved for Blackline Safety customers. Your pass is complimentary and includes all meals for the day, but space is intentionally limited, so it's worth registering sooner rather than later. Over the course of the day you'll hear directly from other customers who've already solved problems you're working through, get an early look at our product roadmap, share what's worked (or hasn't) at your own site, and cap things off at an evening awards ceremony celebrating people doing great work in connected safety. To register, hit Register — and if you need to make the case to your manager, here's a downloadable template built specifically for that.
To ensure we have a hotel room available, please register by October 13, 2026.
The most valuable lessons in connected safety already live within our customer community. If you or your team have overcome a difficult adoption challenge, rolled out Blackline at scale, uncovered an unexpected risk through your data, or built a program worth sharing, I’d encourage you to submit a speaker proposal. Check out the topic ideas and to apply to speak at Blackline Exchange.
Session submissions are due September 15, 2026. Selected speakers will receive two nights complimentary accommodation as a thank you for participating.
Speakers do not need to present a perfect success story. The most valuable sessions will share the decisions, challenges and lessons behind the outcome: what worked, what’s still a work in progress, and what others could apply in their own organizations.
Blackline Exchange takes place at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV, with sessions in the Tradewinds Ballroom, North Convention Center.
We've reserved a limited block of rooms for attendees at Mandalay Bay at a discounted group rate of $108 USD per night (plus taxes and fees) — book by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, since rooms go on a first-come, first-served basis and the discount may not be available after that date. You're responsible for booking and paying for your own stay; use the Book Your Hotel link in the Travel Information section of the event page.
We would appreciate as much notice as possible - please email us to let us know you can no longer join us. Note: you will also need to cancel your hotel room with a minimum of 48 hours notice, or you will be charged the equivalent of one night's room charge.
