Productivity Developer

Blackline Safety is looking for an experienced Productivity Developer to develop CI/CD pipelines and developer tools for safety-critical applications and data pipelines. The ideal candidate excels at minimizing the effort between commit and deploy to production, without sacrificing quality.

Responsibilities

Leading the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines
Ensuring the success of deployments by verifying changes
Support pipeline environments
Build and support dev tools
Collect build and cycle metrics
Maintaining documentation with the team
Maintaining test harnesses/frameworks

Qualifications

Experience with various CI/CD technologies such as Jenkins or AWS CodeBuild and CodeDeploy
CloudFormation or Terraform experience
Significance hands-on experience with AWS including VPC, ELB, ECS, EC2, Control Tower, Secrets Manager, Lambda
Very familiar with observability services and tools such as Datadog, Splunk, ELK
Docker/Containerization
Test automation
Bash scripting
Python
