Robyn Chauvin is Blackline Safety’s Director of Technical Communications. She leads the team behind the clear, practical content that helps people understand and confidently use our technology. With 20+ years in technical content strategy and development—mainly in energy and oil and gas—she knows what's at stake in the high-risk environments where Blackline's products are used. Before joining Blackline, she worked with industry leaders such as TC Energy, Pembina, and Plains All-American. Now, she drives cross-functional efforts to create content that supports product rollouts, safety, and day-to-day use—from technical docs and whitepapers to operational updates. Robyn works closely with teams across product, engineering, and customer care to make sure everything shared is accurate and useful, keeping workers safe and connected when it matters most.
